Along with stators, rotors are key components in Progressive Cavity (PC) pump function. WestCoast Rotor is a market leader in replacement PC pump rotor manufacturing. We produce numerous standard pump rotors, and have the capabilities to create application specific rotors in the size and configuration you need. Thanks to completely in-house manufacturing, we can offer some of the industry’s fastest turnarounds to help you get your PC pump back in service with minimal downtime.
Working with domestically-sourced steel and stainless steel, we precision machine and finish our replacement rotors to meet the tight tolerances PC pumps require. Our pump rotors are designed to be direct replacements for Moyno ® rotors and those of other PC rotor stator pump OEMs. Application specific pump rotors can be modified in a number of ways to meet your requirements.
Our replacement PC pump rotors are available with industrial hard chrome plating. We perform all our chrome plating in-house, in compliance with all of California’s applicable environmental regulations. Though chrome plating can be a challenging process, WestCoast Rotor always puts in the time and effort to do it the right way to protect the environment.
