Pump Stators
Along with rotors, stators are key components in Progressive Cavity (PC) pump function. WestCoast Rotor manufactures superior quality PC pump stators in a variety of stages and sizes. We work with domestically-sourced steel and stainless steel for our stators’ outer tubing, and manufacture the inner double-helix cores (molds) to produce stators in a variety of rubber materials, including Natural rubber, Nitrile, EPDM, and Fluoroelastomer, as well as others.
WestCoast Rotor manufactures pump stators in most standard sizes, diameters, and stages. We have all the necessary machining and finishing equipment in-house, allowing us to provide extremely fast turnaround times for expedited orders.
Our standard pump stators are designed to be direct replacements for Moyno ® stators and those of other PC pump OEMs.
